Life Church HTX
  1. What are your weekend services like?

Each weekend at Life Church you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music and a practical, relevant message. You’ll also find an outline for notes at YouVersion Live that will help you make the most of each week’s teaching. Children are well-cared for in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled LifeKids service. (See "What About My Children?" for info on registering your child.)

  2. What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

  3. What do I wear to attend your services?

You’ll find everything from jeans and casual, to dressy casual at our Sunday Morning Service. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Life Church is not about what you look like nor what you wear.

  4. Where are you located?

Life Church is located at 9901 Windmill Lakes Blvd. in Houston, Texas, right off of Almeda Genoa.  For directions, click here.

  5. Do you have a midweek service?

Every "First Wednesday" of the month, we have a dynamic mid-week service which focuses on worship and Bible study. Check out Worship Opportunities to find out more information.

  6. What about my children?

At Life Church, your children are a top priority. Our nursery is clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children's ministry called LifeKids. To help expedite check-in and to keep your child safe, we feature the FellowshipOne Check-In system. To register you and your child at Life Church, follow this link and create an account. Input all the info for your child prior to Sunday so there's no waiting-in-line. We alo offer a life-changing ministry to students from junior high through college.

  7. How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending Growth Track. Small groups are another great way to connect. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

  8. How can I be discipled and grow?

Our desire is to see you become a fully-devoted follower of Christ.  Growth Track offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord, to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into leadership. Begin the process at our next session.

  9. Why do you have small groups?

Small groups are an important part of Life Church; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve experienced our small groups. Groups allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As Life Church grows, groups allow us to “stay small” and connected. Groups are available for all ages and interests—there’s bound to be one that’s just right for you. Learn more about why we’re big on small groups, or find a group to visit in our directory.

  10. How can I get involved in a small group?

One of the easiest things to do at Life Church is to participate in a small group. Groups meet throughout Houston and it's surrounding metropolis, and provide a place for Bible study, fellowship, and support. Wherever you live, there’s a small group near you. Check out our online directory and visit a group this week.
